With over two decades of experience spanning construction, business development, and executive leadership, our Founder and Director brings a rare blend of hands-on industry knowledge and strategic acumen to the helm of the company.

He holds a Diploma of Business, along with Certificate IV qualifications in Frontline Management and Construction, and a Certificate III in General Construction (Carpentry). This diverse educational background supports his ability to lead both operational teams and high-level business initiatives with confidence and clarity. Ben’s Building Licence provides for all residential projects as well as commercial projects such as apartments, service stations, hospitals, warehouses and fire stations.

Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered outstanding results:

• Successfully doubled turnover for previous employers and transformed underperforming operations into profitable ventures
• Maintained a track record of exceeding KPIs month after month

His core responsibilities and strengths include:

• Building and nurturing strategic relationships with architects, designers, and engineers to position the company as the builder of choice for residential renovation and remediation
• Leading end-to-end project acquisition, from identifying opportunities and tendering to contract negotiation and delivery
• Overseeing procurement, subcontractor management, and compliance with Australian Standards and safety regulations
• Driving business development through targeted marketing, customer engagement, and tailored project proposals
• Managing contract administration, cost control, and the interpretation of complex plans and specifications

Prior to founding the company, he held senior roles including Branch Manager, Sales lead & Key Account Manager roles with several well known building industry suppliers and early in his career he completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship.

His leadership is defined by a deep understanding of the construction landscape, a commitment to operational excellence, and a passion for delivering value to clients and partners alike.
