Nick’s Building Licence includes residential building work including two storey construction.

Professionally, he has held key roles across the residential construction sector, including:

• Site Supervisor for a leading national home builder
• Building Assessor for a specialist renovation firm
• Carpenter and General Labourer with hands-on experience across diverse residential projects

His career began on the tools to provide practical context in conjunction with his studies, giving him a broad understanding of construction from the ground up.
